Wyatt Flores Reflects on Love Lost in Emotional New Song “Milwaukee

  • by

Wyatt Flores expresses his emotions towards lost love through a heartfelt new song called 'Milwaukee'. In this track, Flores pens a love letter to the love that he has lost.

Wyatt Flores, a talented emerging singer from Oklahoma, has returned with his heartfelt breakup song titled "Milwaukee." This track marks one of his earliest releases since his successful EP, Life Lessons, which gained popularity in 2023.

According to Flores, Milwaukee represents those moments when you have feelings for someone but not to the fullest extent. It serves as a heartfelt message about lost love and the realization of past errors. Flores believes that our mistakes should not define us, and Milwaukee encapsulates this sentiment. Love requires effort and if we don't put in the work to maintain it, it will eventually escape from our grasp.

"In an undisclosed location in Milwaukee, the sight of snow completely blanketing the concrete catches my attention. As I reminisce, I can still vividly recall the image of you walking away from me. Despite my attempts to express remorse, the relentless downpour of frozen rain hindered my ability to find the right words to convince you to stay. Towards the end of the song, I plead with my former lover, desperately asking them not to despise my heart."

Flores collaborated with Graham Barham, Gavin Lucas, and Cole Miracle to write the song "Milwaukee." This is Flores' first new music release since Life Lessons. As a special gift to his fans for Christmas, he released his own version of the Fray's song "How to Save a Life," which he had previously performed during concerts.
