According to Hayden Panettiere, who gained significant fame from her role in the TV show "Nashville," the experience of filming the series was extremely distressing for her.
Panettiere, known for her role as country singer Juliette Barnes in the TV series Nashville, has openly discussed her challenges with alcohol, opioids, and post-partum depression. In a recent interview with the Messenger, she revealed that the show's writers heavily drew inspiration from her own experiences, making the filming process particularly challenging for her.
Right from the beginning, it felt like I was dating a football player, and then Juliette also started dating a football player," Panettiere explains. "But then they portrayed her as an alcoholic. They also had her abandon her daughter and go to some crazy place in Europe, and it was clear that they weren't being creative. They were just taking my real-life experiences and adding their own twist to it. And just like that, they had their storylines."
According to Panettiere, her time on the show Nashville was highly fulfilling in terms of her career. However, she also describes it as a distressing experience as she felt like she was reliving her own life while acting.
Panettiere has planned a tour called "A Conversation With Hayden Panettiere" that will take place in three different cities. Her main goal for this tour is to inspire and support individuals who are facing similar struggles as she has.
