The singer known for the song "I Can Feel It" initially met Katelyn Jae in 2016, introduced by friends they had in common in the music industry. Back then, both of them were focused on building their careers in music, and they immediately connected on their shared passion for it.
Brown has acknowledged that he and his spouse had the potential to meet earlier, but he chose to cancel their plans.
During an interview with the Bobby Bones Show in 2023, Brown revealed that he was initially scheduled to appear in her music video and meet her for the first time. However, due to his first show happening on the same day, they were unable to meet until a year later.
Kane and Katelyn's relationship progressed rapidly, leading to their marriage on October 12, 2018. They wasted no time in growing their family as their first child, Kingsley, was born almost a year later on October 29, 2019. Their second daughter, Kodi, joined the family on December 31, 2021.
They also made the announcement that they will be having a baby boy in the year 2024.
After their initial encounter, Brown's professional journey has experienced a significant surge. Despite Katelyn's decision to temporarily reduce her focus on music, the pair collaborated on a duet called "Thank God" in 2022. This track not only reached the top spot on the charts but also generated immense demand from fans for additional joint projects involving the Browns. It remains uncertain whether they will continue creating music together in the future.
