The singer of "I Can Feel It" initially encountered Katelyn Jae in 2016 through common acquaintances in the music field. During that period, both individuals were actively working towards establishing themselves in the music industry, and they swiftly connected due to their shared passion for music.
Brown has acknowledged that he and his spouse had the opportunity to meet earlier, but he decided to cancel their meeting.
Brown explained during an interview on the Bobby Bones Show in 2023 that he was initially scheduled to be in her music video when they were supposed to meet for the first time. However, he couldn't make it because he had his first performance on that same day. As a result, Brown didn't actually meet her until a year later.
Kane and Katelyn's relationship progressed rapidly, leading to their marriage on October 12, 2018. They wasted no time in starting a family as they welcomed their first child, Kingsley, on October 29, 2019, and their second daughter, Kodi, on December 31, 2021.
The couple also shared the news that they will be having their third child, a baby boy, in the year 2024.
Brown's career has experienced a significant boost since their initial encounter.
