Chris Young has been declared innocent and is no longer facing any charges in relation to the incident that occurred at a Nashville bar on Monday night.
Glenn Funk, the District Attorney of Nashville, has issued a statement indicating that the charges will be dropped following a thorough examination of all the evidence involved in this particular case.

Attorney Bill Ramsey claims that the incident involving his client Chris Young at a bar in Nashville on Monday was unjust and that Young should not have been arrested or charged in the first instance. Ramsey's statement was shared with Taste of Country on Wednesday (Jan. 24).
Young and the TABC had their initial encounter at the Tin Roof bar just a few moments ago. According to the agency's report, Young raised his identification above his head and cooperated with the verification process. However, when he reappeared, the report mentioned that he had bloodshot and watery eyes, as well as a speech impairment.
One agent confessed to urging Young to "put some space between them." When the video footage of the incident was released, the majority of the public formed a favorable opinion towards Young.
Taste of Country was given four unique camera perspectives, which enables fans to assess the extent of his aggression in the video above. So far, Young has not made any statements regarding the incident on social media.
