Grimes, who is 40 years old, portrays the character of Kayce Dutton in the TV show Yellowstone. In the show, he acts as an enforcer for his father, John Dutton (played by Kevin Costner), as they both strive to maintain complete control over the Yellowstone Dutton Ranch. This control is pursued relentlessly, even if it means resorting to illegal methods.
In October of 2023, he unveiled his first country EP titled "Pain Pills or Pews." According to an insider, Grimes, who initially had a passion for music before finding success as an actor, is extremely fulfilled by his latest venture in the music industry. In fact, he is contemplating leaving his acting career behind to fully commit to his newfound musical path.
According to the source, he is currently not accepting any other acting opportunities. Instead, Luke is eagerly planning to embark on a journey in the near future.
According to a source, the performer, who is both an actor and singer, is scheduled to take the stage at the Stagecoach Festival in California in April. This opportunity has been described as a long-held aspiration for Grimes.
This does not imply that fans of the actor should totally abandon the idea of watching him in future movies or shows. According to Grimes, in an interview with Taste of Country in December 2023, while music was his initial passion, he did not have a strong desire to turn it into a full-time career when he was younger and performing with different bands.
In order to create his album, he expressed that he needed to overcome his fear and take a chance, acknowledging the opportunity that lay before him. He decided to seize it and see what would unfold.
He concluded by saying that even if this album is the sole accomplishment he achieves in this particular field, the experience of meeting all these individuals would make it completely worthwhile.
