The singer known for the song "I Can Feel It" initially encountered Katelyn Jae back in 2016, introduced by common friends within the music industry. During that period, both of them were aspiring to make their mark in the music world, and their shared passion for music instantly brought them closer together.
Brown has now acknowledged that he and his spouse could have encountered each other earlier, but he chose to cancel their plans.
During an interview with the Bobby Bones Show in 2023, Brown revealed that he was initially scheduled to appear in her music video, which was supposed to be their first meeting. However, he had a conflicting commitment as he had his first live performance on the same day. Consequently, Brown did not actually meet her until a year later.
Kane and Katelyn's relationship quickly progressed, and they got married on October 12, 2018. They wasted no time in starting a family as their first child, Kingsley, was born on October 29, 2019. Their second daughter, Kodi, joined the family on December 31, 2021.
The couple also shared the news that they will be welcoming their third child, a boy, in the year 2024.
After their initial encounter, Brown's professional journey has experienced rapid growth. Even though Katelyn has scaled back her dedication to music on a full-time basis, the pair collaborated on a song called "Thank God" in 2022, which achieved the top position on the charts and left supporters eagerly anticipating further collaborative projects from the Browns.
