Tim McGraw is extremely proud of his daughter's cover of "Stand by Your Man." It's not unexpected that the gift of music runs in Tim McGraw's family, given his own successful career in country music and his wife Faith Hill's musical talents. The ability to write, sing, and create is deeply ingrained in their family.
The singer known for his hit "Standing Room Only" was pleasantly surprised when he heard his youngest daughter, Audrey, perform a cover of a Tammy Wynette song. Audrey shared a video of herself playing the piano and singing the 1968 classic "Stand by Your Man."
"Wow! Our daughter Audrey is truly amazing," expresses McGraw in a video capturing his reaction. "I've mentioned it countless times before, all of our girls have incredible talent, they are all fantastic singers. However, Audrey is particularly special, as she is an exceptional songwriter too."
Whenever she is home, we have the privilege of listening to her play the piano. Her music resonates throughout the entire house, and we can also hear the powerful emotions conveyed through her lyrics. I can't emphasize enough how her voice and the profoundness of her songwriting truly leave a lasting impact on us. It's an experience that is truly unique and extraordinary.
"Oh wow, I feel so proud. I mean, these girls are absolutely amazing!" he exclaims, becoming emotional and struggling to find the right words.
Audrey, who is 22 years old, is the youngest among McGraw's three daughters. McGraw and Hill are also parents to Gracie, who is 26 years old, and Maggie, who is 25 years old. The singer of the popular song "One Bad Habit" tied the knot with Hill in 1996.
All the girls have posted videos showcasing their skills, either by themselves or as a collective. At the start of the year, McGraw shared a video of his daughters performing in the living room.
He captioned the video, describing it as a glimpse into the fun and energetic nature of the McGraw girls during the holiday season.
