Luke Grimes, who gained international recognition for his role in Yellowstone, might give up acting entirely once the show concludes, as per a recent report.
Grimes, who is 40 years old, portrays the character of Kayce Dutton on the television show Yellowstone. In the series, he works as an enforcer for his father, John Dutton (played by Kevin Costner), who is determined to maintain strict control of the Yellowstone Dutton Ranch at any cost, even if it means resorting to illegal methods.
In October of 2023, he unveiled his first country EP titled "Pain Pills or Pews." A reliable source informed Life & Style that Grimes, who initially had a passion for music before finding success as an actor, is incredibly satisfied with his recent musical venture. In fact, he is contemplating leaving behind acting altogether to fully dedicate himself to his flourishing musical career.
According to an insider, the individual in question is currently not accepting any new acting opportunities. Instead, they are focused on going on a journey or tour in the near future.
The performer, who is both an actor and a singer, has been scheduled to showcase their talents at the Stagecoach Festival in California in April. This opportunity is described as a long-held aspiration for Grimes, as stated by an undisclosed source.
This does not imply that fans of the actor should completely abandon the idea of watching him in future movies or shows. Grimes mentioned in an interview with Taste of Country in December of 2023 that even though he had a deep passion for music, he did not have a strong desire to pursue it as a career when he was younger and was involved in different bands.
In order to create his album, he explains that he needed to overcome his fear and take advantage of the opportunity that was presented to him. He decided to seize the chance and see what the outcome would be.
He concluded by saying that even if this album is the sole accomplishment he achieves in this particular area, it would still be completely worthwhile because of the connections and relationships he formed with all the people involved.
