The person who sang "I Can Feel It" initially met Katelyn Jae in 2016 through friends they had in common who were also involved in the music industry. During that period, both individuals were actively working towards their goals in music, and they formed a strong connection based on their shared passion for the art.
Brown has acknowledged that he and his spouse had the opportunity to meet earlier, but he decided to cancel their plans.
According to Brown's statement on the Bobby Bones Show in 2023, he was initially scheduled to appear in her music video for their first meeting. However, he had a conflicting commitment with his first show on that particular day. As a result, he did not have the opportunity to meet her until a year later.
Kane and Katelyn's relationship progressed rapidly, leading to their marriage on October 12, 2018. It didn't take much time for them to start a family as well. The Browns joyfully welcomed their first child, Kingsley, on October 29, 2019, and their second daughter, Kodi, joined the family on December 31, 2021.
The couple also shared the news that they will be welcoming their third child, a boy, in the year 2024.
Ever since they first met, Brown's career has experienced tremendous success. While Katelyn has decided to take a break from fully dedicating herself to music, the pair collaborated on a duet called "Thank God" in 2022, which quickly rose to the top spot on the charts and left fans eagerly anticipating further musical collaborations from the couple. Whether or not they choose to continue making music together remains uncertain.
