Conner Smith has released his first album titled "Smoky Mountains". One of the songs from the album, "Creek Will Rise", is gaining popularity and climbing up the country music charts.

Recently, the up-and-coming celebrity was an average teenager of 16 years old who attended a concert of one of his beloved country music performers.

During the most recent episode of Taste of Country Nights, available for streaming, Smith shares a personal anecdote about his experience attending a Thomas Rhett concert in 2016, which left a significant impression on him.

At the age of 16, I had a memorable experience going on a date with a girl to a Thomas Rhett concert. The venue was Ascend Amphitheater, and we were seated on the lawn area. During the show, Thomas Rhett performed his popular song "Die a Happy Man," and I had the desire to slow dance with my date and create a sweet moment between us.

Smith adds that the following day, his girlfriend ended their relationship.

We have a moment of laughter, and then he proceeds to tell the story. He mentions that about four years later, he was on tour with Rhett when he realized that he had ultimately come out on top in the situation.

Smith has recounted this story during his performances on multiple occasions, and it is well-received by the audience.
