Thomas Rhett provided support to Conner Smith in moving on from a past relationship. Smith's first album, titled "Smoky Mountains," has been released and his single "Creek Will Rise" is gaining popularity on the country music charts.

Not too far in the past, the up-and-coming talent was an average teenager of 16 years old, attending a concert of one of his beloved country music artists.

During the most recent episode of Taste of Country Nights, On Demand, Smith shares a personal anecdote about his experience at a Thomas Rhett concert in 2016 that left a lasting impression on him.

At the age of 16, I had the opportunity to go on a date with a girl to a Thomas Rhett concert. The concert took place at Ascend Amphitheater, and we were seated in the lawn area. One of the songs Thomas Rhett performed was "Die a Happy Man," and during that time, I attempted to slow dance with the girl and be affectionate.

Smith mentions that the following day, his girlfriend ended their relationship.

After having a laugh together, he proceeds to narrate the story. He mentions that around four years later, he was on tour with Rhett and realized that he had the ultimate satisfaction in that situation.

Smith has shared this story on multiple occasions during his performances, and it always receives a positive response from the audience.

Let's discuss the ultimate satisfaction and justification that can be achieved in the aftermath of a breakup.
