At the age of 16, I went on a date with a girl to watch a Thomas Rhett concert. We attended the show at Ascend Amphitheater, specifically sitting on the lawn area. During the performance, Thomas Rhett played his hit song "Die a Happy Man." At that moment, I attempted to slow dance with the girl I was with, aiming to create a romantic atmosphere.

Smith further explains that the following day, his girlfriend ended their relationship.
