Conner Smith has recently released his first album titled "Smoky Mountains". One of the songs from the album, called "Creek Will Rise", is gaining popularity and climbing the country music charts.
Not too long ago, the up-and-coming celebrity was an average sixteen-year-old who attended a concert by one of his preferred country music performers.
During the most recent episode of Taste of Country Nights, available On Demand, Smith shares a personal anecdote about his experience attending a Thomas Rhett concert in 2016, which deeply resonated with him.
At the age of 16, I had the opportunity to go on a date with a girl to watch a Thomas Rhett concert. The venue was Ascend Amphitheater, and we were seated on the lawn. During the performance, Thomas Rhett played his popular song "Die a Happy Man," and I wanted to slow dance with the girl I was with, trying to create a romantic and affectionate atmosphere.
Smith mentions that the following day, his partner ended their relationship.
After a moment of laughter, he proceeds to tell the rest of the story. He mentions that about four years later, he was on tour with Rhett when he realized that he had ultimately come out on top in that situation.
Smith has shared this story multiple times during his performances, and it is well-received by the audience.
Let's discuss the ultimate form of revenge and satisfaction in a romantic separation.
