There are 14 country stars who should be given more respect. While Dwight Yoakam was considered to be the most disrespected singer in country music, we recently discovered that there is another renowned country act whose resume deserves recognition.

Yoakam's batting average at the CMA, ACM and Grammy Awards is only .081 (3-37), but surprisingly, he has managed to win three times. The Bellamy Brothers would certainly wish for such luck!

David and Howard Bellamy, a pair in the country music industry, have an astonishing record of 0-29 at the three major shows. They have received numerous nominations in the duo category, making them the most nominated country duo, but have never won. Their lack of recognition is evident as they were not even considered by the Taste of Country team when compiling a list of deserving artists not in the Country Music Hall of Fame.
