The Bellamy Brothers, David and Howard, have an astounding record of 0-29 at the three biggest music award shows. They have received the most nominations in the duo category, yet they have never managed to win. It is surprising that the Taste of Country team did not even think of including them in their list of deserving artists not in the Country Music Hall of Fame, highlighting how overlooked they are.
