As stated on the Market Realist website, specific flavors of the well-known sports beverage Gatorade contain Yellow 5 and Yellow 6 dyes, which are prohibited for consumption by children in Norway and Austria. According to Market Realist, the reason why this guilty pleasure that Americans love is banned in the UK and other British Commonwealth countries is due to the presence of yellow dyes.

Frosted Flakes are highly popular and well-liked, except in the UK, Europe, and Japan where they are prohibited from being sold. This ban is due to the presence of a preservative called BHT in Frosted Flakes and several other cereals. BHT is commonly found in cosmetics and rubber goods.

Another factor contributing to the restrictions or complete ban is the use of palm oil in these products.

Skittles is

Austria, Sweden, and Norway have prohibited the sale of Skittles due to the presence of Yellow 5 and Yellow 6 dyes, which we mentioned earlier. In the remaining countries of the European Union, Skittles are allowed to be sold but must display a warning
