This is your current location. This is Auto-Align 2.1, a software developed by Sound Rad

Sound Radix has recently released Auto-Align 2.1, an advanced tool for aligning audio. This updated version promises to enhance the audio production process by offering a higher level of precision and effectiveness.

Auto-Align 2.1 enhances sound quality by removing comb-filtering, reducing the blurring of transients, and improving the phase alignment of each microphone. This latest version also streamlines the alignment process by introducing a faster workflow, a new module for spectral phase correction, an improved algorithm, and a user-friendly interface.

The updated Auto-Align software aims to make your work process more efficient. With a simple click, Auto-Align 2.1 can align all your microphones in one go. This innovative feature saves you time and guarantees that your audio is precisely synchronized in terms of timing and phase, leading to enhanced clarity, size, and stereo sound.

The Spectral Phase Optimization feature in Auto-Align 2.1 helps to fix any phase shifts that may happen within certain frequency ranges. This correction leads to a more cohesive and enhanced audio signal. Sometimes, when filters are used during recording, different frequency bands can have different phase shifts, resulting in a distorted and unclear sound. However, with Spectral Phase Optimization, these phase shifts are automatically detected and corrected, ensuring that your audio is perfectly aligned and sounds its best.

The updated version of the software has enhancements in its core algorithm, the option to enable or disable group time alignment, the ability to optimize spectral phase on a track basis, four preset locations for convenient comparison of various settings, and the option to export/import alignment settings to simplify the workflow across different projects.

The latest version of Auto-Align, known as Auto-Align 2.1, has received positive feedback from experts in the industry. Greg Wurth, a renowned producer, mixer, and engineer who has received multiple platinum awards, expresses his amazement at the capabilities of Auto-Align 2, particularly when used on drums, bass, or guitar. Additionally, Darrell Thorp, an esteemed engineer who has won the GRAMMY award ten times, includes Auto-Align 2 in his lineup of drum plug-ins that he incorporates into every new mix or song he begins working on.

The software Auto-Align 2.1 can be purchased for $199 and is currently accessible. It can be used on macOS 10.9 or any newer version, but it requires a 64-bit Intel CPU or Apple Silicon. For Windows, it is compatible with a 64-bit Intel or AMD CPU and Windows 10 or a newer version. The plug-in formats supported are AAX, Audio Unit, VST3, and ARA2.
