This is your current location. Auto-Align 2.1 is a software developed by Sound Radix.
Sound Radix has recently released Auto-Align 2.1, an innovative tool designed to enhance and streamline the audio production process with improved precision and effectiveness.
Auto-Align 2.1 improves the audio quality by reducing comb-filtering effects, minimizing the blurring of transients, and optimizing the phase of each microphone to enhance the clarity and richness of the recorded sound. This updated version also enhances the alignment process by speeding it up, introducing a new module for spectral phase correction, refining the algorithm, and providing a user-friendly interface for easier operation.
The updated Auto-Align software aims to make your workflow more efficient. By simply clicking a button, Auto-Align 2.1 can align all your microphones in one go. This innovative feature saves you time and guarantees that your audio is accurately synchronized in terms of timing and phase, leading to enhanced clarity, size, and stereo image.
The Spectral Phase Optimization feature in Auto-Align 2.1 helps to fix phase shifts that might happen in certain frequency ranges, which improves the overall quality and clarity of the audio signal. When filters are used during recording, there can be inconsistencies in phase shifts across different frequency bands, resulting in distorted and unclear sound. The Spectral Phase Optimization feature automatically identifies and corrects these phase shifts, ensuring that your audio is aligned perfectly and sounds its best.
The updated version of the software has enhancements in its core algorithm, the option to turn on or off group time alignment, improvement in track-based spectral phase optimization, four preset locations for conveniently comparing different settings, and the functionality to export/import alignment settings, making it easier to manage workflow across multiple projects.
Auto-Align 2.1 has received high praise from professionals in the industry. Greg Wurth, a producer/mixer/engineer with multiple platinum awards, is amazed at what Auto-Align 2 can do for drums, bass, or guitar. Darrell Thorp, a 10-time GRAMMY-winning engineer, includes Auto-Align 2 in his drum plug-in chain for every new mix or song he works on.
You can now purchase Auto-Align 2.1 for $199. This software is compatible with macOS 10.9 or later, and it requires a 64-bit Intel CPU or Apple Silicon. For Windows users, it is compatible with a 64-bit Intel or AMD CPU, and it requires Windows 10 or later. Auto-Align 2.1 supports various plug-in formats, including AAX, Audio Unit, VST3, and ARA2.
