Your current location is here on the website. We are introducing Auto-Align 2.1, a software
Sound Radix has released Auto-Align 2.1, a cutting-edge audio alignment tool that promises to enhance the audio production process with improved precision and productivity.
Auto-Align 2.1 enhances sound quality by eliminating the negative effects of comb-filtering, reducing the blurring of transients, and optimizing the microphone phase to capture a clear and detailed sound. The latest version improves the alignment process by speeding it up, introducing a new module for spectral phase correction, refining the algorithm, and providing a user-friendly interface.
Simplified Work Process
The updated Auto-Align has been created to make your work process more efficient. By simply clicking once, Auto-Align 2.1 is able to align all of your microphones in one go. This innovative feature saves you precious time and guarantees that your audio is perfectly aligned in terms of timing and phase. As a result, you will experience enhanced clarity, size, and stereo image in your audio.
The Spectral Phase Optimization feature in Auto-Align 2.1 is designed to fix any phase shifts that may occur within certain frequency ranges. These phase shifts can cause the audio signal to sound distorted and unclear. When filters are used during recording, different frequency bands can be affected by different phase shifts. Spectral Phase Optimization identifies and corrects these phase shifts automatically, ensuring that your audio is aligned perfectly and has a richer and clearer sound.
The updated edition of the software also comes with enhancements to its core algorithm, the option to enable or disable group time alignment, track-based spectral phase optimization, four preset locations for convenient comparison of various configurations, and the capability to export/import alignment settings to make the workflow more efficient across different projects.
Auto-Align 2.1 has received positive feedback from experts in the industry. Greg Wurth, a highly acclaimed producer/mixer/engineer with multiple platinum awards, expresses astonishment at the capabilities of Auto-Align 2 on drums, bass, and guitar. Additionally, Darrell Thorp, a renowned engineer with 10 GRAMMY wins, includes Auto-Align 2 in his drum plug-in chain for every new mix or song he begins.
You can now purchase Auto-Align 2.1 for $199. It works with macOS 10.9 or newer and requires a 64-bit Intel CPU or Apple Silicon. For Windows, it is compatible with a 64-bit Intel or AMD CPU and Windows 10 or newer. The plug-in formats available are AAX, Audio Unit, VST3, and ARA2.
