I have a strong liking for the possibilities offered by sequencer modules. Unlike being limited to the analog modeled knobs of a Serge or a typical sequencer, these modules provide a more visually immersive experience.
The user interface is easily understandable and has a clean layout. It adjusts smoothly to fit different screen sizes, which is advantageous for those using higher resolutions. I personally tried out Synth Modular 2 on a 4K monitor and was satisfied with its performance and adaptability.

I want to caution anyone who plans on buying this product that it only includes either the MacOS or Windows version, but not both. So, if you purchase it for Mac but later decide to switch and use it on Windows, you won't be able to do so. This product is limited to one operating system license, which I find quite impractical considering I work with multiple platforms.
I made the purchase two years ago. The audio quality and versatility are satisfactory, although not exceptionally impressive. The amount of processing power required is moderate, which is not unfavorable considering that modular synthesizers generally demand a lot. It would be great to have some different visual options for it. The user-friendliness is somewhat cumbersome. I would describe it as decent for a modular synthesizer, but overall, it is rather average in my personal view.
