For a limited time, Audio Plugin Deals is offering a 95% discount on Universal Audio's Electronic Music Bundle. Additionally, they are also providing an 80% discount on the Synth Modular 2 virtual instrument created by KarmaFX.
Modular synthesis offers a great deal of freedom and flexibility. Software platforms such as VCV Rack 2, Reaktor, and Cherry Audio's Voltage Modular allow users to replicate the signal flow of a Eurorack setup.
For Reaktor, you have the option to immediately start visually programming DSP (digital signal processing). On the other hand, KarmaFX's Synth Modular 2 also allows for visual programming but has its own distinct design philosophy.
Until February 5th, Audio Plugin Deals is offering a significant discount of 80% on the KarmaFX Synth Modular 2, a virtual modular synth collection. This is a great opportunity for those looking to enhance their collection.
I really love the way VCV Rack works and I often use it on both Mac and Windows operating systems. However, I find KarmaFX's approach to modular synthesis to be quite fascinating.
The pre-set sounds are impressive, although they are primarily designed for trance music and its related subgenres.
If you are in search of deep and impactful bass plucks, harsh and intense gated leads, and rich and powerful cinematic pads, it is highly capable of producing those sounds effortlessly.
The Synth Modular 2 may take some time to understand its signal flow. However, once you become familiar with programming a sound from the ground up using its modular components, there are endless possibilities.
I have a strong preference for the possibilities that the sequencer modules offer. Instead of being limited to the traditional knobs found on a Serge or a typical sequencer, these modules provide a more visually stimulating experience.
The layout of the user interface is straightforward and legible. It adapts effectively to different screen sizes, making it advantageous for users with higher resolutions. I personally tried out Synth Modular 2 on a 4K monitor and was impressed by its smooth performance.
It would be nice if the window could be resized without any restrictions, but that complaint can be addressed later. However, considering the price of $39.99, I believe it is a worthwhile purchase.
Synth Modular 2 functions smoothly on Windows computers. Nevertheless, when experimenting with the trial version on my M1 Mac, I faced some problems as it automatically switched to Rosetta mode.
However, there are many things to discover and experiment with in this offering. By having access to both a synthesizer and effects plugin, you have the opportunity to create unique and extraordinary combinations, but it requires dedication and investment of time. It is advisable to acquire it promptly as this discounted offer will not be available for long.
Have a look at this amazing offer: Synth Modular 2 is currently on sale for a limited time, with a discount of 80% until February 5th. You

An extremely fascinating plugin
However, the identical promotion was available on Pluginomat during the previous month.
I am curious if Karma FX has set the price too high because they have been offering numerous sales.

I share the same opinion as Humanoid. In my view, the price is set too high considering that it is often available at a discounted price of $40.
I would like to inform everyone who is considering buying this product that you will only receive either a MacOS or a Windows version, not both. If you purchase it for Mac but later decide to deactivate it and use it on Windows, you will not be able to do so. This product only allows for use on one operating system, which I find to be quite impractical since I work with multiple platforms.
I made the purchase two years ago. The sound quality and versatility are satisfactory, but it didn't exceed my expectations. The CPU usage is moderate, which is understandable for modular synths. It would be great to have some different skins for it. The user interface is a bit cumbersome. I would consider it decent for a modular synth, but overall it is fairly average in my opinion.
