Get 80% OFF KarmaFX Synth Modular 2 and Enhance Your Virtual Modular Synth Collection

  • by

Universal Audio's Electronic Music Bundle is currently available at a discounted price of 95% off. For a limited time, you can also get an 80% discount on KarmaFX Synth Modular 2 through Audio Plugin Deals. This offer provides a significant reduction on the virtual instrument created by KarmaFX.

Modular synthesis offers a great sense of freedom and flexibility. Various platforms such as VCV Rack 2, Reaktor, and Cherry Audio's Voltage Modular have the ability to replicate the signal flow of a Eurorack setup.

When it comes to Reaktor, you have the ability to directly engage in visually programming Digital Signal Processing (DSP). On the other hand, KarmaFX's Synth Modular 2 adopts a similar approach but has its own unique design philosophy.

If you are looking to expand your collection of virtual modular synthesizers, you can get the KarmaFX Synth Modular 2 at a discounted price of 80% off from Audio Plugin Deals until February 5th.

I am a big fan of the VCV Rack workflow and I often use it on both Mac and Windows. However, I find KarmaFX's approach to modular synthesis to be very fascinating.

The presets have an impressive sound, although they are mostly designed for trance music and its related subgenres.

If you are in search of deep and strong bass notes, harsh and controlled lead sounds, and rich and powerful cinematic textures, it is able to produce them effortlessly.

The Synth Modular 2 may be challenging to understand at first, as it requires learning about its signal flow. However, once you become familiar with programming a sound from the ground up using its modular components, there are endless possibilities and no limits to what you can create.

I have a strong liking for the possibilities that the sequencer modules offer. Instead of being limited to the analog modeled knobs found in a Serge or a typical sequencer, the visual aspect is more immersive and diverse.

The design of the user interface is easily understandable and visually appealing. It adapts smoothly to different screen sizes, making it advantageous for users with higher resolutions. I personally tried using Synth Modular 2 on a 4K monitor and was satisfied with its efficient performance.

It would be great if the window could be resized without any restrictions, but that's a complaint that can be addressed later. However, considering the price of $39.99, I believe it's a worthwhile investment.

Synth Modular 2 functions flawlessly on computers running Windows operating system. Nevertheless, during my experimentation with the trial version on my M1 Mac, I experienced difficulties as it automatically defaulted to using Rosetta.

However, there are many things to discover in this product. It offers both a synthesizer and an effects plugin, allowing you to create unique and extraordinary combinations if you invest enough time into it. It is recommended to take advantage of this sale quickly as it won't be available for much longer.

Take a look at this offer: Synth Modular 2 is currently discounted by 80% until February 5th, and you can purchase it for only $39.99

An incredibly intriguing plugin

However, the identical deal was available on Pluginomat in the previous month.

I am curious if Karma FX has set their prices too high since they are frequently offering sales.

This individual's name is Matthew

I share the same opinion as Humanoid. In my view, the price set for it is too high, especially considering the fact that it is often available for purchase

I want to give a heads up to anyone planning to purchase this product. When you make the purchase, you will only receive a license for either the MacOS or the Windows version, not both. So, if you initially buy it for Mac and later decide to deactivate it and switch to Windows, unfortunately, you won't be able to do so. This single OS license restricts the flexibility of using the product across different platforms, which, in my opinion, is quite impractical, especially for those who work across various operating systems

I made the purchase two years ago. The audio quality and versatility are satisfactory, although it didn't impress me greatly. The CPU usage is moderate, which is expected for modular synthesizers. It would be great to have some different appearance options for it. The user-friendliness is somewhat awkward. I would describe it as decent for a modular synth, but overall it is fairly average in my viewpoint.
