Discover the Power of Midi Maker: A Free Tool for Creating Music with Ease

Save 95% on Universal Audio's Electronic Music Bundle, a collection of music production tools. Midi Maker is a tool that generates music for free, using a random algorithm. It allows users to effortlessly and rapidly create new music.

There are numerous methods for initiating a fresh composition, such as beginning with the main tune, a series of harmonies, a particular rhythm, and so on. To aid in this process, Midi Maker is a cost-free tool designed to assist you in swiftly and effortlessly creating new music.

The beginning of something has a significant impact on everything that follows. It sets the tone and direction for what comes next. For instance, the relationship between harmony and structure will shape the melody, and the rhythm can influence the way the phrases are formed, and vice versa.

Many musicians strongly believe that one specific approach is the most effective, but ultimately, the best approach is whatever works for you. Personally, I have always avoided limiting myself to a particular approach and instead allowed things to unfold naturally, even when it comes to personal projects and the genre I choose to work in.

On one hand, having more creative freedom can be beneficial as it allows for greater flexibility and originality. However, on the other hand, excessive freedom can sometimes result in creative block, similar to when I spend more time searching for movies on Netflix instead of actually watching them. Additionally, it can also lead to reduced productivity when compared to a more organized

In certain situations, having complete freedom may not be possible due to existing rules or guidelines that need to be adhered to. In such cases, a tool like Midi Maker can be extremely beneficial.

Midi Maker is a tool that creates music by combining different elements such as polysynths, drum machines, and chord patterns. Users can define the characteristics of the music they want to generate, such as the genre, structure, tempo, and key. Additionally, the generator offers the option to adjust more complex parameters for a more customized output.

After acquiring the basic knowledge, you have the freedom to decide the quantity of chords, melodies, and other elements you wish to incorporate. If you decide to include multiple chords, you have the option to classify the harmonic development as Static, Sectional, or Progressive. Additionally, you can modify the number of variations within each section as well.

After you have prepared yourself to create some music, Midi Maker will lead you to the following page. Here, you will have the opportunity to listen to a preview of your creation and make any necessary modifications to the melodies, bass, and chords (known as polysynths), as well as the drum machine and chord patterns.

Every component provides different options and settings that can be adjusted, including Envelopes, Density, Timing, and Velocities. These adjustments can be made instantly and you can listen to the updated results within a matter of seconds.

Even though there are numerous settings available for customization, the process of generating something is completely dependent on randomness rather than artificial intelligence and machine learning, within the framework of your chosen settings. The advantage of incorporating randomness is that it ensures you will always obtain a distinct and less common outcome.

Once you are satisfied with the outcome, you have the option to download the MIDI file and import it into your digital audio workstation (DAW) or software to continue working on it.

There are two versions of Midi Maker available. The Free version allows users to download one midi file per month and is limited to 4/4 time signature. On the other hand, the Premium version costs £19.50 per month and offers unlimited downloads. It also allows users to choose any time

By registering at this moment, you will be eligible for a 50% discount on your initial three months. Any assistance in initiating a concept is valuable, particularly for individuals who consistently require generating a substantial amount of content.

I thoroughly enjoyed using Midi Maker and was pleasantly surprised by its capabilities. It serves as a unique tool to ignite creativity, and I believe it will continue to grow and improve in the future.

My only worry is that the Premium version will have a tough time convincing users to spend their money on it instead of other options, considering that prices are generally high. However, only time will determine the outcome.

For those using Windows and haven't yet explored the latest offering from Variety of Sound, which is epicCLOUDS, I highly recommend giving it a try!

It is no longer appropriate to say Happy New Year as it is already too late, but as this is my first post of 2024, I would like to extend my wishes for everyone's well-being and express my excitement to be back.

Take a look at this offer: Midi Maker (a version that is free / a premium version for £19.50 per month).

Hello, you are greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read BPB! 🙂

I must agree with this statement. Sometimes developers have a great idea and believe it is unique and valuable, as if it cannot be replicated or offered by larger companies. However, we have witnessed numerous instances of such ideas being copied and incorporated into other products. I wish them luck, but they should remain grounded and realistic. After all, it's not like they are putting in any effort beyond simply compiling the components.

In contrast to the negative individuals in the comments, I found myself quite impressed with its capabilities. If I were a frequent buyer of MIDI packs, I would consider MidiMaker to be a superior option.

However, requesting $20 per month for a specialized product like this is quite a lot, and personally, I would rather create my own melodies and rhythms because I feel like it would be unfair to rely on pre-made ones. Midimaker does not fit well into my usual work process and it is not financially feasible for me to justify a subscription. Additionally, I have a strong dislike for subscription models and I am confident that my opinion on this matter will never change.

I must confess that if the product had a single, affordable payment, I might contemplate using it during moments when I lack creativity and need some inspiration, or when I feel bored and want to experiment with my digital audio workstation for a couple of hours, just like the author mentioned in the blog post.

I believe it would be beneficial for the developer to reconsider the pricing and explore different subscription options, or at the very least provide an alternative choice. Nevertheless, I wish the developer all the best as the product is of high quality.

I believe that inspiration can come from anywhere, and I don't judge where it comes from. It could be something like the sound of rain, discovering a new genre of music through a MIDI pack, or even a piece of code that generates music. Whatever makes you feel inspired. Or should I say, whatever makes your cat meow? Anyway, I don't want to criticize what clearly requires some effort. Personally, I have found CodeFN42's RandARP and Transition to be extremely helpful in terms of providing constrained randomization as a main source of inspiration. These tools are brilliant. Regarding the subscription model, I understand that some people may become accustomed to it, but I personally can't get on board with it. 🙂 I hope the developer finds their target audience. Maybe introducing a third pricing option that offers full capabilities but limits usage to once per day (or something similar) could attract more users and help them determine if they truly need it. The competition in this field is strong. :/

What I'm trying to say is that Orb plugins, Captain plugins, Harvest, and many other similar tools all have this functionality. Examples include Atlas and XO. Subscribing to these types of services is not ideal.

I believe I already mentioned this before, but it's possible that my comment didn't get posted. There are several software tools such as Atlas, Captain Epic, XO, Harvest, Phrasebox, and Orb Plugins that offer similar functionalities without requiring a subscription. It seems like a poor decision to require a subscription for this. It might be interesting, but I personally wouldn't invest my time in something that I can easily purchase for a comparable price.

Starting a new song can be challenging, particularly when you're not feeling inspired. Midi Maker appears to be a useful tool that provides a plethora of creative options right at your fingertips, or rather, within your Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). I plan on utilizing this software for some upcoming projects to assess its capabilities firsthand. This article has motivated me to explore music production using Midi Maker.

Hey James, I'm wondering, how many projects do you have on your plate right now?

I regret purchasing it without trying it first, as it turned out to be a total waste of money. It was nothing more than a toy
