Save Big on KarmaFX Synth Modular 2 and Elevate Your Modular Synthesis Game

  • by

For a limited period, you can avail a whopping 95% discount on Universal Audio's Electronic Music Bundle. Additionally, there is an 80% discount available on the Synth Modular 2 virtual instrument by KarmaFX, exclusively at Audio Plugin Deals.

Modular synthesis offers a sense of liberation and adaptability that is worth acknowledging. Software platforms such as VCV Rack 2, Reaktor, and Cherry Audio's Voltage Modular have the capability to mimic the signal flow of a Eurorack setup.

When it comes to Reaktor, you have the option to directly engage in visually programming Digital Signal Processing (DSP). On the other hand, KarmaFX's Synth Modular 2 follows a similar approach but has its own distinct design philosophy.

From now until February 5th, Audio Plugin Deals is offering a massive 80% discount on the KarmaFX Synth Modular 2, which is perfect for those looking to enhance their virtual modular synth collection. Don't miss out on this

I am a huge fan of the VCV Rack workflow and I often use it on both Mac and Windows operating systems. However, I find KarmaFX's approach to modular synthesis quite fascinating.

The preset sounds are impressive, although they mainly cater to trance music and its related subgenres.

If you are searching for deep and powerful bass notes, harsh and impactful lead sounds, and rich and immersive cinematic pads, this particular product is very capable of producing them.

The learning process of understanding the signal flow in Synth Modular 2 may be a bit challenging. However, once you have mastered the skill of programming a sound from the ground up using its modular components, there are endless possibilities and no limitations to what you can create.

I have a strong appreciation for the possibilities offered by sequencer modules. Unlike traditional sequencers like those found on a Serge synthesizer, these modules provide a visually captivating experience rather than being limited to analog modeled knobs.

The design of the user interface is straightforward and easily legible. It adapts effectively to different screen sizes, which is advantageous for users with higher resolutions. I personally tried out Synth Modular 2 on a 4K monitor and was satisfied with its seamless performance.

It would be great if the window could be resized without any restrictions, but that issue can be discussed later. However, considering the price of $39.99, I believe it is a worthwhile investment.

Synth Modular 2 functions smoothly on Windows computers. Nonetheless, when experimenting with the trial version on my M1 Mac, I faced problems as it automatically switched to Rosetta.

However, there are many things to discover and experiment with in this product. By having access to both a synthesizer and effects plugin, you have the opportunity to create unique and mind-blowing combinations, but only if you are willing to invest time and effort. It is recommended to take advantage of this sale quickly, as it won't be available for long.

Take a look at this offer: Synth Modular 2 is currently on sale for 80% off until February 5th, with a price of $39.99.

This plugin is quite fascinating.

However, the identical promotion was available on Pluginomat in the previous month.

I am curious if Karma FX has set their prices too high because they seem to be offering many sales.

The individual in question is named

I share the same viewpoint as Humanoid. In my opinion, the price set for it is too high given the fact that it often goes on sale for $40

I want to caution anyone who plans to purchase this product, as it is important to note that you will only receive either a MacOS or a Windows version, not both. This means that if you initially buy it for Mac and later decide to deactivate it and use it on Windows, you will not be able to do so. The license for this product is limited to a single operating system, which I personally find unwise since I frequently work on different platforms.

I made the purchase two years ago. The sound quality and versatility are satisfactory, although they didn't impress me greatly. The CPU usage is moderate, which is expected for modular synths. It would be great to have some alternative appearances for it. The user-friendliness is a bit lacking. I would consider it decent for a modular synth, but overall, it's fairly average in my own perspective.
