Save 95% on the Electronic Music Bundle offered by Universal Audio. Utilize Midi Maker, a music generator tool that is completely free and operates based on randomness. With Midi Maker, you can effortlessly and rapidly create fresh music.

There are numerous approaches to begin a new musical composition. Whether it's initiating with the melody, a harmonic progression, a specific rhythm, or any other element, Midi Maker is a valuable free tool designed to assist you in effortlessly and rapidly creating new music.

The beginning of something has a significant impact on how it will unfold. For instance, the arrangement and organization of a piece will shape the melody, and the rhythm can influence the way it is performed, and vice versa.

Many musicians have their own preferred methods, but it is important to remember that what works best for you is ultimately what matters. Personally, I have always tried to remain open-minded and not limit myself to a specific approach or genre when working on personal projects.

While having more creative freedom can be advantageous, there is also a drawback to it. Excessive freedom can often result in experiencing creative block, similar to when one spends more time searching for movies on Netflix rather than actually watching them. Additionally, it can lead to reduced productivity compared to following a more organized and structured approach.

There are situations where we cannot have absolute freedom due to existing guidelines and regulations. In such cases, a tool like Midi Maker can provide significant assistance.

Midi Maker is a tool that creates unique music compositions by combining polysynths, drum machines, and chord patterns based on specific preferences set by the user. This generator gives you the ability to choose the fundamental components of your song, such as genre, structure, tempo, and key, and also provides options for adjusting more intricate settings.

After understanding the basics, you have the freedom to decide the quantity of chords, melodies, and other elements you wish to include. If you have more than one chord, you have the option to categorize the harmonic progression as Static, Sectional, or Progressive. Additionally, you have the flexibility to modify the number of variations within each section.

After you have prepared to create music, Midi Maker will direct you to the following page. On this page, you will have the opportunity to listen to a preview of your creation and make changes to the polysynths (melodies, bass, and chords), drum machine, and chord patterns.

Every component provides different options and settings to adjust, like Envelopes, Density, Timing, and Velocities. You have the ability to make modifications in real-time and immediately listen to the updated outcome during playback.

Although there are numerous settings available for customization, the process of generation primarily relies on randomness instead of utilizing AI and machine learning. The advantage of incorporating randomness is that it ensures the creation of distinct and non-generic outcomes.

Once you are satisfied with the outcome, you have the option to download the MIDI file and import it into your digital audio workstation (DAW) or software to continue enhancing it.

There are two versions of Midi Maker available. The Free version allows users to download one file per month and only supports 4/4 time signature. On the other hand, the Premium version costs £19.50 per month and offers unlimited downloads, supports any time signature, and includes the feature of

By registering at this moment, you will be entitled to a 50% discount on your initial three months of membership. This offer is particularly beneficial for individuals who frequently require to generate a substantial amount of content, as it assists in initiating their creative ideas.

I thoroughly enjoyed using Midi Maker, and to my surprise, it exceeded my expectations. It serves as a captivating tool to ignite the creative process, and I anticipate that it will continue to grow and improve in the future.

I have a worry that the Premium version might struggle to convince users to spend their money on it instead of other alternatives, given that prices are generally high in various areas. However, only time will reveal how it fares against the competition.

Hello, you are greatly appreciated. We are grateful that you took the time to read BPB! 🙂

I have to agree with the sentiment that these developers often believe their ideas are unique and valuable, as if other established companies won't copy them and offer them as a complementary addition to their products. This has happened numerous times in the past year. While I wish them luck, they need to be more realistic. It's not as if they're putting in any effort beyond compiling things together.

Contrary to the negative comments, I found the capabilities of the product quite impressive. If I were a frequent purchaser of MIDI packs, I would consider MidiMaker as a superior option.

However, the request for $20 per month is a significant demand for a specialized product like this. Personally, I find more satisfaction in creating my own melodies and rhythms as it feels more authentic to me. Moreover, the Midimaker software does not align well with my usual workflow and it is not financially justifiable for me to subscribe to it. Additionally, I strongly dislike subscription models and I am certain that my aversion towards them will remain unchanged.

I must confess that if the product had a single payment that was reasonably priced, I can imagine myself contemplating its use during instances when I feel creatively stuck and require some inspiration. Alternatively, if I am feeling unoccupied and wish to experiment with my digital audio workstation for a few hours, I might also consider it.

I hope the developer takes into consideration the possibility of adjusting the pricing and incorporating a different payment model, such as a subscription. It would also be great if they could provide an alternative option. Regardless, I genuinely wish the developer success as they have created a commendable product

I believe that inspiration can come from anything and I don't judge where it comes from. It could be the sound of rain, a MIDI pack in a different genre, or even a piece of code that generates music. Whatever brings you inspiration. Instead of saying "whatever floats your boat," I might say "whatever makes your cat meow." But anyway, I don't want to criticize something that clearly requires effort. I have personally used CodeFN42's RandARP or Transition numerous times and I can't deny the appeal of using constrained randomization as a main source of inspiration. These tools are extremely helpful. As for the subscription model, I understand that some people become accustomed to it, but personally, I just can't get on board with it. 🙂 I hope the developer finds their target audience. Maybe offering a third pricing option in the middle (full capabilities but limited to one use per day, or something like that) would attract more users and help them determine if they really need it. The competition is tough. :/

Several plugins like Orb, Captain, and Harvest, along with others such as Atlas and XO, offer similar features. However, subscriptions for these types of services are not desirable.

I believe I already mentioned this before, but it's possible that my comment didn't get posted. There are various software tools available such as Atlas, Captain Epic, XO, Harvest, Phrasebox, Orb Plugins, and others that offer similar features without the need for a subscription. It may seem appealing, but I personally wouldn't spend my time on something that I can simply purchase for a similar price.

At times, it can be challenging to begin composing a new song, particularly if you're not feeling particularly inspired. Midi Maker appears to be a helpful tool that offers a wealth of creative possibilities right at your fingertips, or within your digital audio workstation (DAW). I plan on utilizing this software for a few upcoming projects to gauge its true capabilities. This article has motivated me to explore music creation using Midi Maker.

James, I'm interested to know how many projects you are embarking on.
