Chris Young confidently responded to his critics, commonly referred to as "trolls," after all the charges against him were dropped. This came after his arrest last Monday.
The vocalist utilized social media to share a surveillance video and express a message to those who accused him of being at fault for physically engaging with a law enforcement officer.
On Friday, the Nashville District Attorney, Glenn Funk, declared that he had completed his examination of the evidence and decided to dismiss the charges. The Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission had previously acknowledged their role in urging Young to keep his distance after he attempted to intervene in their license check.
Taste of Country has obtained a video that depicts Young attempting to restrain an agent without displaying much aggression. From one angle, it is uncertain if Young actually made physical contact with the man.
The singer of the song "Young Love & Saturday Nights" claims that he did not physically make contact with anyone. He recently posted a video on TikTok where he addresses the incident publicly for the first time.
The person who wrote this message is addressing the trolls who are advising against touching a police officer. They clarify that they did not physically touch the officer.
Since all charges have been dismissed, Young is no longer legally involved in the incident. He will probably resume his promotion for his upcoming album, Young Love & Saturday Night, which is scheduled to be released on March 22.
