Ernest, the son of Loretta Lynn, recently underwent surgery to treat his kidney failure. Initially, there were concerns about the success of the procedure. However, there is now some positive news, as Ernest's wife Crystal has reported that he has started to show significant improvements in his health since Monday, January 29.
On Facebook, Crystal expresses her inability to provide any explanation for the situation she is experiencing, attributing it solely to a higher power, which she refers to as GOD. She highlights the sudden shift in circumstances, where one day they were unable to achieve a successful dialysis procedure for three weeks, but the following day they were able to. Similarly, she mentions how they were facing serious circumstances at one point but then suddenly were not. Crystal also mentions the uncertainty they had regarding the future, only to find themselves filled with confidence that the future holds promising prospects.
Crystal expresses that GOD has the ability to accomplish things that we are unable to achieve, and indeed, HE has accomplished it! She also includes a picture of Ernest recovering in what seems to be a medical facility, sitting in a chair and connected to machines, but otherwise appearing to be resting comfortably.
During Ernest's medical journey, Crystal reached out to fans for their support and prayers for her husband's recovery. In her recent update, she emphasizes the significant impact that prayer had on Ernest's progress in terms of his health.
The author expresses their gratitude and acknowledges that their achievements would not have been possible without the faith, prayers, and support of the readers. Loretta Lynn has survived two of her children, whom she had with her late husband Oliver "Doolittle" Lynn. The first is their oldest daughter Betty Sue, who passed away in 2013 due to complications from emphysema. The second is their oldest son Jack Benny, who tragically drowned in 1984 while trying to cross a river on their Hurricane Mills, Tennessee property.
Lynn passed away on October 4, 2022, at her residence in Hurricane Mills at the age of 90. Throughout her life, she achieved remarkable success as a country music artist, ultimately becoming the most decorated female performer in the genre's history.
