Loretta Lynn's son, Ernest, recently underwent surgery to treat his kidney failure. Initially, there were concerns that the procedure may not have been successful. However, his wife, Crystal, provided an update on Monday (Jan. 29) stating that Ernest has started experiencing significant improvements in his health.
Crystal expressed on Facebook that she cannot find any logical reason for the sudden positive changes in their situation other than attributing it to a higher power, such as God. She mentioned how there was a day when they were unable to have a successful dialysis treatment for a total of three weeks, but then miraculously the following day they were able to accomplish it. Similarly, there were moments when they faced serious and uncertain circumstances, only to find that the very next day those issues seemed to fade away, leaving them with a newfound optimism and confidence in the future being filled with brightness.
Crystal expresses her belief that God has the ability to accomplish things that we are unable to do. She further reveals that God has indeed accomplished something significant. Crystal also shares a picture of Ernest recovering in what seems to be a chair at a medical facility. In the photo, Ernest is connected to machines but appears to be resting comfortably.
During Ernest's medical journey, Crystal has been reaching out to fans for their support and prayers regarding her husband's recovery. In her most recent update, she emphasizes the significant impact that prayer has had on Ernest's progress in terms of his health.
She expresses her gratitude, acknowledging that none of the achievements would have been possible without the faith, prayers, and support of the readers. She thanks everyone for being a part of their support system and for taking the time to pray for them. She also appreciates everyone for being a part of God's army and expresses eternal gratitude.
Additionally, she mentions that Ernest has the opportunity to return to his own residence in order to recuperate following his time at the hospital.
