Luke Combs has made progress towards the opening of his bar in downtown Nashville. He recently unveiled the name of the bar, which will be called Category 10.

The singer expresses his enthusiasm in a video message shared on his social media. He filmed the message backstage at the Grand Ole Opry, where he is an esteemed member. Additionally, he is partnering with the Opry Entertainment Group to launch his new bar.

As most of you are aware, hurricanes are usually classified up to Category 5, representing their maximum strength. However, we decided to go beyond that and create a new category called Category 10.

"It's going to be an incredible country music bar. Located in downtown Nashville, it will offer a variety of food and drinks. Whatever you desire, we will provide. It's going to be an enjoyable experience," he expressed enthusiastically. "I am eagerly anticipating the opening and looking forward to seeing all of you there."

Although not stated in his social media announcement, the name Category 10 is reminiscent of Combs' initial song, "Hurricane," which draws parallels between encountering an ex unexpectedly and the destructive impact of a natural calamity. Released in 2016, "Hurricane" marked Combs' first number one hit and initiated a remarkable series of 17 consecutive chart-topping singles on the country music charts.

In April 2023, Combs revealed information about his bar located in Nashville. He is among a group of famous musicians who have lent their names to popular establishments in the downtown area. Combs joins the likes of Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley, and numerous others who have their own bars in the city.
