Assuming she can depart from Japan at midnight (JST) after her show, she will arrive in Las Vegas between 11AM and noon (JST) on Sunday (Feb. 11). However, due to the time difference, it will actually be between 9-10PM ET on Saturday (Feb. 10) in the United States' East Coast, as Japan is 14 hours ahead. Essentially, she will gain time during her journey.
Despite the possibility of her Falcon 900 jet needing to stop for refueling during the journey, she will still have enough time to reach Allegiant Stadium in time for the kickoff at 6:30PM ET on Sunday, Feb. 11. Although she may feel tired, she has the ability to accomplish it.
