Taylor Swift’s Super Bowl Journey: Will She Make It from Tokyo to Las Vegas in Time?

  • by

Could Taylor Swift potentially attend the Super Bowl now that the Kansas City Chiefs have secured their spot in the game?

The famous celebrity has been in a relationship with professional football player Travis Kelce for a large part of the season and has consistently attended his games. However, she also has a very successful career of her own to manage and balance.

Assuming there are no significant obstacles, it is highly likely that Swift will attend the Super Bowl even though she will be in a different country the day before. With the help of her personal aircraft and the concept of time zones, the popular singer can reach the United States well in advance to relax and prepare for the game.

Currently, Swift's performance is planned to start at 6PM in Tokyo, Japan (JST) and is expected to last approximately five hours. Even if she finishes her performance past 11PM, she still has enough time to reach her private jet and catch the international flight.

On average, it takes about 11-12 hours to fly from Tokyo to Las Vegas. Assuming she can depart from Japan at midnight (JST) after her show, she would arrive in Las Vegas sometime between 11AM and noon (JST) on Sunday (Feb. 11). However, due to the time difference, it would actually be between 9-10PM ET on Saturday (Feb. 10) in the United States. Since Japan is 14 hours ahead of the East Coast, she will essentially gain time during her trip.

Despite the possibility of her Falcon 900 aircraft needing to stop for refueling during the journey, she will still have ample time to reach Allegiant Stadium and attend the kickoff at 6:30 PM ET on Sunday, February 11th. Although she might feel tired, she is determined to make it possible.

The upcoming Super Bowl 58 will showcase a game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers. This highly anticipated match will take place at Allegiant Stadium, located in Las Vegas, on Sunday, February 11. Fans can catch the game live on CBS at 6:30 PM Eastern Time and also stream it on Paramount+.
