Lainey Wilson Joins Coors Light in Epic Super Bowl Commercial featuring CGI Virtual Seat Booking

  • by

Lainey Wilson, a popular country music artist, had a very busy year in 2023 and it seems like she won't be slowing down anytime soon as she enters into the new year. She has already been scheduled for numerous engagements in 2024, and one of these exciting opportunities includes appearing in a commercial during the Super Bowl.

Billboard reports that Wilson is set to appear in a Coors Light advertisement that aims to promote the comeback of the Coors Light Chill Train. This time, the commercial will feature a virtual seat booking element through CGI, allowing fans to have an enhanced viewing experience.

In Wilson's advertisement, she will be depicted in a winter setting while she is in the midst of a photo shoot. The scene will include a train called the "Chill Train" passing by her. This scene will be cold and snowy, with Wilson wearing an icy blue fringe jacket and holding a can of Coors Light. However, contrary to the wintry setting, the country superstar actually filmed her scene for the advertisement in sunny Los Angeles.

The country star recalls a photo shoot where they were accompanied by their reliable old guitar and a horse provided by Coors Light. The shoot included unique makeup effects that gave a frosted appearance, and they had the opportunity to have fake snow applied to their hair and eyelashes. This experience allowed them to explore their creativity in new and exciting ways, which is always enjoyable for them.

Wilson, who is in a relationship with Devlin "Duck" Hodges, a former NFL quarterback, will have the opportunity to witness the Super Bowl live this year. She will be present at the event in Las Vegas, where she will watch the exciting match between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Wilson acknowledges that while she is enthusiastic about watching the game, she is equally enthusiastic about the halftime show.

"I am thrilled to have the opportunity to see Usher perform and I am also excited for the game. This is only my second time attending the Super Bowl and whenever you receive an invitation to go, you just have to accept it," expresses the singer. "It is an experience that only happens once in a lifetime and I am fortunate to be going with some of my friends and other artists. It is going to be a celebration."

While she didn't explicitly express her full support for a specific team, Wilson appears to be favoring the Chiefs, the current Super Bowl champions, and is hoping they secure another victory.

Wilson shares that he had the opportunity to meet Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, who are both players for the Chiefs. He mentions that they attended one of his shows last summer and he found them to be genuinely wonderful individuals. Given the chance to support someone, he would lean towards supporting them.

Naturally, everyone is focused on Kelce as he heads into the Super Bowl. This is not only due to his reputation as one of the NFL's strongest players, but also because of his relationship with pop superstar Taylor Swift.

Swift has been present at Chiefs games this year whenever she is able to fit it into her busy touring schedule. Fans are eagerly anticipating her potential appearance at the Super Bowl, which is scheduled for Feb. 11. However, Swift's Eras Tour will resume earlier that week with a show in Tokyo, Japan on Feb. 10. Despite this, it is plausible that she may return to Las Vegas in time to watch the highly anticipated game, thanks to the time difference.

After a significant victory in the AFC Championship, Taylor Swift shares a kiss with Travis Kelce. For further updates, visit Taste of Country. Stay connected with us on social media.
