Lainey Wilson to Make Exciting Cameo in Coors Light Super Bowl Commercial

  • by

Lainey Wilson, a popular country music artist, had a very busy year in 2023, and it seems like she won't be taking a break as she enters the new year. In fact, she has already confirmed her participation in various events for 2024, and one of them includes appearing in a commercial during the Super Bowl.

Billboard reports that Wilson is set to appear in a Coors Light advertisement that aims to promote the comeback of the Coors Light Chill Train. This time, the advertisement will incorporate a virtual seat booking feature using CGI technology, providing fans with an enhanced viewing experience.

The ad featuring Wilson will depict her during a photo shoot when the "Chill Train" rushes past her in a wintry setting. The scene will be cold, with strong winds and snow, and Wilson will be wearing an icy blue jacket with a Coors Light can. However, despite the wintry theme, the country superstar actually filmed her scene for the ad in sunny Los Angeles.

The country singer shares a story about a photoshoot where they were accompanied by their reliable, old guitar and a horse provided by Coors Light. The shoot involved interesting makeup effects that resembled frost, and they had the opportunity to add fake snow to their hair and eyelashes. This experience allowed the singer to explore their creativity in new and exciting ways, which they always find enjoyable.

Wilson, who is in a relationship with former NFL quarterback Devlin "Duck" Hodges, has the opportunity to personally attend the Super Bowl this year. She will be present in Las Vegas to witness the exciting match between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Wilson acknowledges that while she is enthusiastic about watching the game, she is equally thrilled about the halftime show.

"I'm thrilled to be attending the Super Bowl and watching Usher perform. This is only my second time attending the Super Bowl, so it's a special experience for me. Whenever you receive an invitation to go to the Super Bowl, you definitely take it. It's a rare opportunity that only happens once in a lifetime. I'm fortunate to be going with some of my friends and fellow artists, so it's going to be a fantastic party."

While she didn't explicitly declare her allegiance to any specific team, Wilson appears to be desiring a consecutive victory for the current Super Bowl champions, the Chiefs.

Wilson shares that he had the pleasure of meeting Chiefs' tight end Travis Kelce and quarterback Patrick Mahomes. They attended one of his shows last summer and he describes them as genuinely wonderful individuals. If he had to choose someone to support, it would likely be them.

Naturally, everyone's attention is focused on Kelce as the Super Bowl approaches. This is not only due to his reputation as one of the NFL's strongest athletes but also because of his relationship with pop sensation Taylor Swift.

Whenever her touring schedule permits, Swift has been going to Chiefs games this year. Fans are eagerly anticipating the possibility of seeing her at the Super Bowl, scheduled for February 11th. Swift's Eras Tour will recommence earlier that week, with a performance in Tokyo, Japan on February 10th. Nonetheless, it is entirely plausible that she will return to Las Vegas in time to catch the highly anticipated game, thanks to the time difference.

Following a major victory in the AFC Championship, Taylor Swift shared a kiss with Travis Kelce. This news comes from Taste of Country, a reputable source for information on country music.
