Lainey Wilson, a popular country music artist, had a busy year in 2023 and shows no signs of slowing down in the upcoming year. She has already been scheduled for numerous events in 2024, and one of them includes appearing in a commercial during the Super Bowl.
As reported by Billboard, Wilson is set to appear in a Coors Light advertisement that will promote the comeback of the Coors Light Chill Train. This time, the commercial will feature a virtual seat booking feature through CGI, allowing fans to have an enhanced viewing experience.
In the wintry-themed advertisement, Wilson will be depicted in the midst of a photo shoot when suddenly the "Chill Train" zooms by her. The scene will portray a chilly atmosphere, with gusts of snow, a frosty blue fringe jacket, and, naturally, a refreshing can of Coors Light. Interestingly, despite the wintry setting, the country superstar actually filmed her part for the commercial in sunny Los Angeles.
I had a photo shoot with my reliable, old guitar and a horse that was provided to me by Coors Light. During the shoot, we used some impressive frost makeup effects and added fake snow to my hair and eyelashes. It was a unique experience for me as I got to explore my creativity in new and exciting ways, which is always enjoyable for me.
Wilson, who is in a relationship with Devlin "Duck" Hodges, a former NFL quarterback, has made plans to personally attend the Super Bowl this year. She will be present in Las Vegas to witness the exciting match between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Wilson acknowledges that while she is thrilled about watching the game, she is equally thrilled for the halftime show.
"I am thrilled to be able to attend the Super Bowl and see Usher perform. This will be my second time attending the event, and whenever you receive an invitation to go to the Super Bowl, you simply cannot pass it up. It is a unique and unforgettable experience, and I am fortunate to be going with my friends and other artists. It will definitely be a celebration."
While not explicitly endorsing any specific team, Wilson appears to be anticipating a successive victory for the Chiefs, who are the current Super Bowl champions.
Wilson shares that he had the opportunity to meet Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, who are both players for the Chiefs. He mentions that they attended one of his shows during the previous summer and expresses that they are genuinely wonderful individuals. Wilson adds that if he had to choose someone to support, it would likely be them.
Naturally, everyone's attention is focused on Kelce as he enters the Super Bowl. This is not only due to his reputation as one of the NFL's top athletes, but also because of his relationship with the famous singer, Taylor Swift.
Whenever her touring schedule permits, Swift has been attending Chiefs games this year, and numerous fans are eagerly anticipating her presence at the Super Bowl on Feb. 11. Although she has a show scheduled in Tokyo, Japan on Feb. 10 as part of her Eras Tour, there is a chance that she will make it back to Las Vegas in time to watch the highly anticipated game, thanks to the time difference.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce share a kiss following a victorious AFC Championship game.
