There are a few country stars who have been relatively inactive before the pandemic, but there are at least three of them who are expected to release an album this year. One of them is George Strait, who has taken a break of five years since his last album, Honky Tonk Time Machine.

A renowned artist who is still actively performing has openly admitted that she doesn't have anything else to express through her music.
