However, there is now a hopeful update on Ernest's recovery as his wife Crystal has shared that he has started to show significant improvements in his health as of Monday, January 29th.
On Facebook, Crystal expresses her inability to provide any explanation for the situation other than attributing it to a higher power, God. She mentions how one day they were unable to achieve a successful dialysis procedure for a span of three weeks, but the following day they were able to do so. Similarly, one day they were confronted with more severe circumstances, but the next day those circumstances seemed less serious. Furthermore, one day they were uncertain about what the future had in store for them, but the next day they were filled with optimism and believed that the future held great promise.
She continues by saying that GOD can accomplish things that we are unable to, and HE has indeed accomplished it! Crystal also posted a picture of Ernest recovering in what seems to be a chair at a healthcare facility, connected to medical equipment but otherwise resting peacefully.
During Ernest's challenging medical journey, Crystal has reached out to fans, asking for their support and prayers for her husband's recovery. In her most recent update, she emphasizes the significant impact that prayer has had on Ernest's positive health progress.

Loretta Lynn, a country singer, unfortunately experienced the loss of two of her children, Betty Sue and Jack Benny. Betty Sue passed away in 2013 due to complications related to emphysema, while Jack Benny tragically drowned in 1984 while trying to cross a river on their property in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.
Lynn passed away at the age of 90 on October 4, 2022, at her residence in Hurricane Mills. Throughout her life, she achieved remarkable success as a country music artist and held the record for being the most recognized female performer in the genre.
