Ernest, the son of Loretta Lynn, recently underwent a surgery to treat his kidney failure. Initially, there were concerns that the surgery may not have been effective. However, his wife Crystal has provided an update stating that Ernest has started to experience significant improvements in his health as of Monday, January 29th.
Crystal expresses on Facebook that she cannot find any other explanation for the positive events happening than the presence of a higher power, which she refers to as GOD. She highlights the sudden change in circumstances, such as the ability to successfully undergo dialysis after three weeks of struggle, as well as the shift from facing severe situations to more optimistic ones. Crystal emphasizes the unpredictable nature of the future, but also acknowledges the newfound confidence in a positive and promising future.
Crystal expresses that GOD has the ability to accomplish things that we are unable to achieve, and she believes that GOD has indeed accomplished it. Additionally, Crystal shares a picture of Ernest, who seems to be recovering while seated in a medical facility. Ernest is connected to machines but appears to be at ease and resting comfortably.
During Ernest's medical challenges, Crystal has reached out to fans for their support and prayers regarding her husband's recovery. In her most recent update, she emphasizes the significant impact that prayer has had on Ernest's progress in his health.
She expresses her gratitude and acknowledges that none of their achievements would have been possible without the faith of others, the support of their almighty God, and the prayers received. She extends her thanks to everyone who has been a part of their support system, taken the time to pray for them, and considers them as part of God's army. Their gratefulness is everlasting.
Additionally, she points out that Ernest is granted the opportunity to return to his residence in order to recover following his time in the hospital.
Loretta Lynn has experienced the heartbreaking loss of two of her children that she had with her late husband, Oliver "Doolittle" Lynn. Her eldest daughter, Betty Sue, passed away in 2013 due to complications from emphysema. Additionally, her eldest son, Jack Benny, tragically drowned in 1984 when he tried to cross a river on their property in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.
Lynn passed away on October 4, 2022, at her residence in Hurricane Mills, at the age of 90. Throughout her life, she achieved immense success as an artist in the country music genre, making her the most honored female country performer in history.
