After undergoing surgery to treat his kidney failure, there were initial concerns about the success of Loretta Lynn's son Ernest's procedure. However, Ernest's wife Crystal provided an update on Monday (Jan. 29) stating that he has started experiencing significant improvements in his health.
Crystal expresses on Facebook that she is unable to provide any explanation for the positive changes in her situation, except for attributing it to a higher power, God. She highlights the unpredictability of her circumstances, where one day she struggles with unsuccessful dialysis for three weeks, but the next day it becomes successful. Similarly, she mentions how the severity of her circumstances can vary from one day to another. She emphasizes the uncertainty about what the future may bring, but also acknowledges that she now feels optimistic and hopeful about a bright future.
She continues by stating that GOD is capable of accomplishing things that we are unable to achieve, and HE has successfully done it! Crystal also uploaded a picture of Ernest recovering in what seems to be a medical facility, sitting on a chair and connected to various machines, but otherwise appearing to be resting comfortably.
During Ernest's medical difficulties, Crystal has reached out to fans to ask for their support and prayers for her husband's recovery. In her most recent update, she emphasizes the significant impact that prayer has had on Ernest's improving health.
The writer expresses gratitude for the support and prayers received, acknowledging that none of their accomplishments would have been possible without the faith of others, the help of their powerful deity, and the support of the reader. They appreciate everyone who has been a part of their support system, taken the time to pray for them, and contributed to what they refer to as God's army. The writer concludes by expressing eternal gratitude.
Additionally, she mentions that Ernest has the opportunity to return home in order to recover following his time in the hospital.
