Ernest, the son of Loretta Lynn, recently underwent a surgery to treat his kidney failure. Initially, there were concerns that the surgery might not have been successful. However, there is now some positive news as Ernest's health has shown significant improvements, as reported by his wife Crystal on Monday, January 29th.
Crystal expresses on Facebook that she cannot find any logical reason for the sudden positive turn of events, except attributing it to a higher power, possibly God. She highlights the stark contrast between the difficulties faced during dialyzation for three consecutive weeks and the sudden success achieved the following day. Similarly, she mentions how the circumstances appeared to be worsening one day but improved the next. Crystal also points out the shift in her mindset, from feeling uncertain about the future to having optimism and confidence that it holds promise.
She continues by expressing that GOD is capable of accomplishing things that we are unable to do, and HE has indeed achieved it! Crystal also posted a picture of Ernest recovering in a chair at a healthcare facility, connected to various machines but otherwise peacefully resting.
During Ernest's difficult medical journey, Crystal has been reaching out to fans for their support and prayers for her husband's recovery. In her most recent update, she emphasizes the significant impact that prayer has had on Ernest's improved health.
She expresses her gratitude, acknowledging that none of the achievements would have been possible without the faith of the readers, the support of the almighty God, and their prayers. She extends her thanks to everyone who has been a part of their support system and taken the time to pray for them. She also appreciates everyone for being a part of God's army and expresses eternal gratitude.
Additionally, she points out that Ernest has the opportunity to return home and recover after his time in the hospital.
Loretta Lynn has experienced the unfortunate loss of two of her children, whom she had with her late husband Oliver "Doolittle" Lynn. Her eldest daughter Betty Sue passed away in 2013 due to complications from emphysema. Additionally, her eldest son Jack Benny tragically drowned in 1984 while trying to cross a river on their Hurricane Mills, Tennessee property.
Lynn passed away on October 4, 2022, at her residence in Hurricane Mills at the age of 90. Throughout her life, she achieved great success as a prominent figure in the country music industry and held the record for being the female country artist with the highest number of accolades.
