Loretta Lynn's son, Ernest, recently underwent surgery to treat his kidney failure. Initially, there were concerns that the surgery may not have been effective. However, on Monday (Jan. 29), Ernest's wife Crystal provided an update stating that he has started to experience significant improvements in his health.
Crystal expresses on Facebook that she cannot find any logical reason for the sudden positive turn of events, except for attributing it to a higher power. She mentions how one day they were struggling with unsuccessful dialysis for three weeks, but the very next day it became successful. Similarly, one day they were confronted with grave circumstances, but the following day those circumstances seemed less severe. Crystal also highlights the fluctuation in their outlook on the future, as one day they were unsure and the next day they felt optimistic about the bright future ahead.
She expresses that GOD is capable of doing things that we are unable to accomplish, and HE has indeed achieved it! Crystal also posted a picture of Ernest recovering in a medical facility, seated on a chair, connected to various machines, but seemingly at ease.
During Ernest's medical journey, Crystal has asked for the support and prayers of fans who are worried about her husband's recovery. In her most recent update, she emphasizes the significant impact that prayer has had on Ernest's progress in terms of his health.
She expresses gratitude for the fact that none of this would have been achievable without the belief and trust that people have placed in their higher power, as well as the prayers and support they have received. She acknowledges and thanks everyone for being a part of their support system and for taking the time to pray for them. Furthermore, she extends her appreciation to all those who consider themselves as part of a higher power's army. Their gratitude is everlasting.
The author mentions that Ernest is allowed to return home for recovery following his time at the hospital.
