Ernest, the son of Loretta Lynn, underwent a surgery to treat his kidney failure. Initially, there were concerns that the surgery may not have been successful. However, there is some positive news as Ernest has shown signs of significant improvement in his health, as reported by his wife Crystal on Monday, January 29th.
Crystal expresses on Facebook that she cannot find any logical reason for the sudden positive changes in their situation other than attributing it to a higher power, which she refers to as God. She highlights the contrast between the previous struggles they faced with unsuccessful dialysis over a period of three weeks and the sudden success they experienced the following day. Crystal also mentions how they went from facing serious circumstances to a more hopeful outlook in just a day, leaving them uncertain about the future one day and filled with confidence and optimism the next.
Crystal expresses that GOD is capable of accomplishing things that we, as humans, are unable to achieve. She adds that GOD has indeed achieved something remarkable. Crystal also shares a picture of Ernest recovering in a medical facility, sitting in a chair, connected to various machines, but overall appearing to be at ease.
During Ernest's medical journey, Crystal has been seeking the support and prayers of fans who are worried about her husband's recovery. In her most recent update, she emphasizes the significant impact that prayer has had on Ernest's progress in terms of his health.
She expresses her gratitude, acknowledging that none of the achievements would have been possible without the faith of the readers, the support from the divine power, and their prayers. She thanks everyone for being a part of their support system and for dedicating their time to pray for them. Additionally, she appreciates everyone for being a part of God's army and they will forever be thankful.
In addition, she mentions that Ernest is allowed to return home to recover after his time in the hospital.
Loretta Lynn survived the passing of two of her children, Betty Sue and Jack Benny. Betty Sue died in 2013 due to complications from emphysema, while Jack Benny tragically drowned in 1984 while trying to cross a river on the Lynn family's property in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.
Lynn passed away on October 4, 2022, in her residence located in Hurricane Mills at the age of 90. Throughout her life, she achieved great success as a prominent figure in country music, earning numerous accolades and establishing herself as the most decorated female country artist in history.
