Ernest, the son of Loretta Lynn, recently underwent surgery to treat his kidney failure. Initially, there were doubts about the success of the procedure. However, there is now hopeful news as Ernest's wife Crystal has shared an update stating that he has started experiencing significant improvements in his health as of Monday, January 29th.
Crystal expressed on Facebook that she cannot find any other reason for the positive turn of events other than attributing it to God. She mentioned how one day they were unable to achieve a successful dialysis treatment for a period of three weeks, but the very next day they were able to. She also highlighted how they were facing more critical circumstances on one day, but on the next day, those circumstances seemed less severe. Crystal further noted how uncertainty about the future prevailed on one day, but the following day brought a sense of confidence and optimism about what lies ahead.
She continues to express that GOD is capable of accomplishing things that we, as humans, are unable to do. Crystal further shares a picture of Ernest recovering in a chair at a medical facility, connected to various machines but otherwise finding solace.
During Ernest's medical journey, Crystal has reached out to fans for support and prayers for her husband's recovery. In her most recent update, she emphasizes the significant impact that prayer has had on Ernest's health progress.
She expresses her gratitude, acknowledging that none of this achievement would have been possible without the faith of the readers, the power of our supreme deity, and their prayers and support. She extends her thanks to everyone who has been a part of their support system, caring enough to dedicate their time to pray for them. She also appreciates all those who have joined in as part of God's army. Their gratitude is endless.
Additionally, she mentions that Ernest has the privilege of returning to his residence to recover following his time spent in the hospital.
Loretta Lynn has survived the passing of two of her children, whom she had with her late husband, Oliver "Doolittle" Lynn. Her oldest daughter, Betty Sue, passed away in 2013 due to complications from emphysema. Additionally, her eldest son, Jack Benny, tragically drowned in 1984 while trying to cross a river on their property in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.
Lynn passed away at the age of 90 on October 4, 2022, in her residence located in Hurricane Mills. Throughout her life, she achieved remarkable success as a prominent figure in country music, earning the title of the most decorated female country artist in history.
