Ernest, the son of Loretta Lynn, recently received positive news about his recovery after undergoing a life-saving surgery to treat his kidney failure. Initially, there were concerns that the surgery may not have been successful. However, Ernest's wife Crystal shared an update on Monday (Jan. 29) stating that he has started experiencing significant improvements in his health.
Crystal expresses on Facebook that she cannot find any logical reason for the sudden positive changes in their situation, except for the intervention of a higher power, which she refers to as GOD. She notes that one day they were struggling to have a successful dialysis treatment for three consecutive weeks, but the next day they were able to achieve it. Similarly, one day they were confronted with more severe circumstances, but the following day those circumstances improved. Crystal also mentions that one day they were unsure about what lies ahead in the future, but the next day they gained confidence and believed that the future holds promising opportunities.
According to her, GOD is capable of accomplishing things that we are unable to, and indeed, HE has already proven that. Crystal also posted a picture of Ernest recovering in what seems to be a medical facility, comfortably resting in a chair while connected to various machines.
During Ernest's medical journey, Crystal has been reaching out to fans for their support and prayers, as they are worried about her husband's recovery. In her most recent update, she emphasizes the significant role that prayer has played in Ernest's improvements in health.

The first child, Betty Sue, passed away in 2013 due to complications from emphysema. The second child, Jack Benny, tragically drowned in 1984 while trying to cross a river on their property in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.
Lynn passed away at the age of 90 on October 4, 2022, in her residence located in Hurricane Mills. Throughout her life, she achieved remarkable success as an artist in the country music genre, earning her the title of the most decorated female country performer in history.
