Chris Young Shares Injuries Sustained in Controversial Police Encounter

  • by

Chris Young displayed the injuries he sustained during his encounter with officers from the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) prior to his recent arrest. The injuries were just as agonizing as they appeared.

The singer recently revealed to his fans the bruises he got when a police officer forcefully pushed him, resulting in him tripping and falling over the edge of a bar. The bruises consist of two notable marks: one on the inner part of his arm and another on his lower back, both appearing large and dark in color.

In his post, Young expresses that the photo is extremely close to his spine. He pairs his post with a clip of the song "Don't Stand So Close to Me" by the British rock group, the Police.

In the comments section of the post, Young received support from many fans who understood his experience, but there were also individuals who defended the officers' actions.

A commenter questions the acceptability of the actions of the subject, suggesting that by taking legal action, they can contribute to preventing similar incidents from occurring to others.

One person expresses their opinion not to interfere with someone's job and doesn't sympathize with the person. However, they still enjoy the person's music.

Earlier this month, the actor from "Young Love & Saturday Nights" was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and physically attacking a police officer at a bar called the Dawg House in Nashville.

However, the video evidence of the incident contradicts the initial account. The footage, captured by security cameras and other customers in the bar, depicts Young as respectful and compliant with the police officers during his arrest. It appears that he barely made contact with one of the officers before being forcefully pushed backwards and over a bar.

The charges against the singer were dismissed, and afterwards, Young proudly showed off his confidence to those individuals who believed he should not have made physical contact with the officer in the first place.

Now that all accusations against Young have been dropped, the incident is no longer a legal concern for him. He will probably resume his efforts in promoting his upcoming album, Young Love & Saturday Nights, set to be released on March 22nd.
