Lainey Wilson, a popular country music artist, had a busy year in 2023 and shows no signs of slowing down as she enters the new year. She has already been scheduled for numerous events in 2024, one of which includes a cameo appearance in a Super Bowl commercial.
As reported by Billboard, Wilson is set to appear in a Coors Light advertisement that promotes the comeback of the Coors Light Chill Train. This time, the commercial will feature a virtual seat booking element created using CGI, providing fans with an enjoyable experience.
In the ad with a winter theme, Wilson will be depicted in the midst of a photo shoot when suddenly the "Chill Train" passes by her. The scene will be cold and snowy, with Wilson wearing an icy blue jacket and holding a can of Coors Light. However, despite the wintry setting, the country star actually filmed her scene for the advertisement in sunny Los Angeles.
The country singer shares his experience of having a photo shoot with his beloved guitar and a horse provided by Coors Light. The shoot involved using special makeup effects that gave a frosted appearance, as well as adding fake snow to his hair and eyelashes. This opportunity allowed him to explore his creativity in new and exciting ways, which he found enjoyable.
Wilson, who is in a relationship with Devlin "Duck" Hodges, a former NFL quarterback, has the opportunity to attend the Super Bowl this year. She will witness the exciting matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs, which will take place in Las Vegas.
Wilson acknowledges that while she is enthusiastic about watching the game, she is equally thrilled for the halftime show.
"I am really looking forward to seeing Usher perform, and I'm also excited for the game. This is only the second time I have ever been to the Super Bowl, so whenever you receive an invitation to go, you definitely take it," the singer expresses. "It's an opportunity that only comes once in a lifetime, and I am fortunate to be going with my friends and other artists. It's going to be a fantastic celebration."
While she didn't explicitly express her strong endorsement for any particular team, Wilson appears to be anticipating a consecutive victory for the current Super Bowl champions, the Chiefs.
According to Wilson, he had the opportunity to meet Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes, the tight end and quarterback of the Chiefs, respectively. They attended one of his shows last summer, and Wilson describes them as wonderful individuals. If he had to choose someone to support, it would probably be them.
Naturally, everyone's attention is focused on Kelce as he enters the Super Bowl, not just because he is considered one of the most dominant players in the NFL, but also due to his relationship with the famous singer, Taylor Swift.
Swift has been going to Chiefs games this season whenever she can fit it into her touring schedule. Many fans are looking forward to seeing her at the Super Bowl, which is scheduled for Feb. 11. However, Swift's Eras Tour will continue earlier in the week with a performance in Tokyo, Japan on Feb. 10. Despite this, there is a chance that she will be able to return to Las Vegas in time to watch the Super Bowl because of the time difference.
After a significant victory in the AFC Championship, Taylor Swift shares a kiss with Travis Kelce.
