After being held at Nissan Stadium for several years, the festival's main shows will be relocated to the new venue once it is finished.
According to the Country Music Association, they intend to maintain their collaboration with the Tennessee Titans on an annual basis during CMA Fest. They are excited about the prospect of hosting country music enthusiasts in Nashville for the nightly concerts at the newly constructed stadium.
A brand new stadium, appropriately called the New Nissan Stadium, is going to be constructed on the East Bank of the Cumberland River, situated just east of the existing Nissan Stadium. The construction of this stadium is planned to commence in the current year, and it is anticipated to be ready for opening in the year 2027.
Fans of country music will still have the option to reach the New Nissan Stadium from downtown Nashville by utilizing the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge.
In contrast to the Titans' existing stadium, the upcoming location will be an indoor facility designed specifically to enhance the fan experience. It will offer breathtaking views of Nashville, a roof made of translucent material, and a generous 12,000 square feet of community space that can be utilized throughout the year.
