The woman picked up the dog named Onyx and took him to a white car where another person was driving.

Zacharias recounted the incident to CBS News, explaining that he was determined to hold onto the car and grabbed onto the windshield wipers. Without realizing it, they started driving down the street and accelerating, causing Zacharias to become extremely frightened for his safety.
A viral video of the event has also been circulating, depicting Zacharias holding onto the car's hood.
Zacharias recounted the incident to NBC News through a TikTok video, explaining that when the person holding the leash pulled it, she initially thought they wanted the dog to sniff something. As a result, she let go of the leash. However, she then noticed a woman taking hold of her dog and walking away with him. In an attempt to prevent them from leaving, Zacharias positioned herself in front of their car and firmly stated that they could not leave as they had her dog. Instead of complying, they drove towards her, ultimately causing her to fall onto the hood of their car. Despite this, Zacharias refused to give up and declared that she would not leave until they returned her dog. However, they disregarded her and drove away.
Regrettably, Zacharias' brave attempts to save her cute dog were unsuccessful. She managed to hold on for a short distance until the car suddenly changed direction, causing her to be thrown off. As a result, she sustained minor injuries and cuts. Unfortunately, Onyx is still nowhere to be found.
"I feel a sense of sadness whenever I'm engaged in any activity because I realize that Onyx is not with me or experiencing it. For example, when I go grocery shopping, I can't help but think that I'm not buying anything for him. Time has passed by so swiftly, and it feels like this situation just occurred. However, it's already been 10 days," she expressed.
The crime is currently under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department, who are actively looking into it and are also examining security footage as part of their investigation
