Chris Young has addressed his fans for the first time since his arrest and subsequent dropped charges. He mentioned that he is still trying to understand and come to terms with the events of the past week, which involved allegations of assault.
The singer of "Young Love & Saturday Nights" expressed gratitude on social media towards friends and fans who supported him after he was in jail on the night of January 22nd.

In the video, Young expressed how much it meant to him to have the support of his friends and fans who reached out to him to tell him they believe in him and do not think he is guilty of what he was accused of.
"It's a relief to see the charges dropped. No one should have to experience something like that. The positive aspect was the overwhelming love and support that was shown."
The event occurred at the Dawg House located in the heart of Nashville's downtown area.
In the security camera footage, Young appears composed as he tries to grab the attention of a Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission agent by gesturing with his arm. The agent responds by pushing Young, causing him to trip backwards into the bar and fall down.
Young expressed that he is still dealing with the aftermath of false accusations and events from the past week. He also mentioned that the support from his fans motivated him to release a new song from his upcoming album ahead of schedule.
The album "Double Down" will be released this Friday, February 2nd, at midnight.
"Turn up the volume and have a good time. I am grateful for you, I care about you, and I want to say thank you," Young expresses.
