Chris Young addresses his fans for the first time since his arrest and subsequent charges being dropped. Young mentioned that he is still coming to terms with the events of the past week, which involved him being arrested for assault.

The singer of "Young Love & Saturday Nights" expressed gratitude on social media towards friends and fans who supported him after he was in jail on the night of Jan. 22.

Update: Chris Young has been acquitted of all charges following his arrest at a bar in Nashville.

Young expressed in the video how much it meant to him to have friends and fans show support and tell him they believed in his innocence.

"It's a relief to see the charges dropped. I wouldn't want anyone to experience what I went through. However, the positive aspect was the overwhelming love and support I received."

The event occurred at the Dawg House located in the heart of Nashville's downtown area.

The security camera footage captures Young acting calmly before he tries to grab the attention of a Tennessee Alcohol Beverage Commission agent by reaching out his arm. In response, the agent pushes Young, causing him to stumble backwards into the bar and fall over.

Young mentions that he is still trying to come to terms with the false accusations and events that occurred in the past week. Towards the end of the video, he shares that the encouragement and support from his fans motivated him to release a new song from his upcoming album earlier than planned.

The release of "Double Down" will be on Friday, February 2nd, at midnight.

Young is encouraging others to increase their enjoyment, expressing gratitude and love towards them.
